1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns in all cases, except for any custom-made product.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If you believe your product is eligible for a return due to a defect or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item, including a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping address.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive the returned item safely.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if the returned item shows signs of use or is missing original packaging.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect. If the item was returned for any other reason, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made garments tailored to your specific measurements.
- Damaged items caused by misuse, improper care, or wear and tear after delivery.
6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will offer an exchange for the same product, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Pamela Cracco Alta Sartoria SRL is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance. If the return is lost or damaged in transit, we may not be able to process the refund or exchange.
8. Customs and Import Fees
