  • Pricing Errors: In the event of an incorrect price displayed on our website, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. You will be notified and refunded in case of such errors.

  • Custom Orders: Some of our products are custom-made, and production will only begin once your order is confirmed and payment is processed. Production time varies based on the product, and the estimated delivery date will be provided upon confirmation of the order.
  • Order Modifications: Changes to custom orders may only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for all orders unless otherwise stated during the checkout process.
  • Delivery Times: Standard delivery within Italy is expected within 1-3 working days. International deliveries may vary depending on the destination country, usually 2-3 days. Estimated delivery times will be communicated during the order confirmation.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted, except for custom-made products.
